AMPED has many different programs for the individual or the team.  All are tailored to your personal needs.
 
What is AMPED?

        We have all heard the saying a thousand times that most “sports are 90% mental and 10% physical”.  Well even if that were only 50% true shouldn’t you be practicing your mental game 50% of the time?  

        After working in multiple setting with athletes of many different backgrounds abilities, and sports I have put together a Sport Psychology program called AMPED.  AMPED stands for Applied Mental Performance Enhancement & Development and is based around the concept that Sport Psychology should be interactive and performance based.  This concept allows for the applying of sport specific training with mental performance training which allows for better retention and RESULTS!

          There are many topics that can be covered through one-on-one or group settings and each program is developed based around the athlete’s or team’s need.  The AMPED program has had success with amateur, collegiate and professional athletes.  Some topics that are commonly worked on include:
